Financial Policies

• A receipt will be issued for every payment made in person. If a payment is made by mail, a receipt will only be sent if a stamped/self-addressed envelope is enclosed with payment.
  
  
• A $40.00 fee will be charged for all non-sufficient fund checks.
  
  
• Failure to make payment may result in the following :
  • A warrant for your arrest may be issued.
  • A hold being placed on your registration by MVD .
  • Your case may be referred to the state collection agency, at such time additional fees may be incurred, and your state taxes may be intercepted.
